Industry standards increasingly require high-purity aluminum nitride free of sintering aids like yttria (Y₂O₃) to prevent particle contamination caused by fluoride plasma corrosion, thereby guaranteeing chamber integrity.

 

With the surge in demand for 1.6T optical modules and SiC power modules, the aluminum nitride ceramic substrate​ has become a core heat dissipation base. This imposes higher thresholds on the purity, particle size distribution, and sintering activity of upstream high-thermal-conductivity aluminum nitride powder. Currently, leading Japanese enterprises still dominate the high-end powder segment.
