Comparison of Aluminum Nitride Powder Production Methods

 Aluminum nitride is a high thermal conductivity ceramic powder that shows excellent thermal conductivity, insulation properties, mechanical strength, and a coefficient of thermal expansion compatible with silicon and SiC.
